Study On The Development Of Beautiful Rural Construction In Yongning Street Of Nanjing

In recent years,the construction of beautiful countryside in Nanjing is in full swing.On the one hand,it makes the living environment of the countryside more beautiful,on the other hand,it indirectly promotes the development of rural tourism.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.The Rural Revitalization of Yongning Street should realize the beautification of the countryside through the construction of beautiful countryside,so that people can remember their nostalgia.Yongning Street started beautiful rural construction earlier.With the further development of beautiful rural construction projects,the infrastructure has been gradually improved,which has developed into the back garden of Nanjing.How to optimize the construction of beautiful countryside in Yongning Street? Observing the current situation of beautiful countryside construction in various places,we find that in the process of implementing beautiful countryside construction,there is still lack of systematic thinking and in-depth study of overall position.Therefore,I will use systematic thinking to analyze and clarify the existing problems and Development Countermeasures of beautiful rural construction in Yongning Street,combining with the profound experience of participating in beautiful rural construction in grass-roots streets for many years.The article is divided into five parts.The first part of this paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,literature review,research ideas,methods and innovations and shortcomings.The second part of this paper elaborates the relevant theoretical basis,introduces the basic theory of service-oriented government,governance theory and sustainable development.The third part gives a general introduction to the construction of beautiful countryside in the whole country and in Jiangsu Province.The practice of beautiful countryside construction in Nanjing is summarized with Gaochun District,Jiangning District and Pukou District as examples.At the same time,the basic situation of beautiful countryside construction in Yongning Street is introduced.The fourth part analyses the existing problems and reasons of the beautiful countryside construction and development in Yongning Street.It deeply analyses the existing problems of the beautiful countryside construction in Yongning Street from the aspects of lack of overall planning of the beautiful countryside construction,imperfect infrastructure,low quality of the beautiful countryside construction,inadequate participation of multiple channels,low level of management and poor sustainability of the beautiful countryside construction.? The fifth part,through in-depth study,puts forward three aspects: strengthening the construction of service-oriented government,making good planning and guidance for beautiful rural construction;giving full play to the role of government governance,improving the quality of beautiful rural construction;strengthening management,promoting thesustainable development of beautiful rural construction and so on.It explores the Countermeasures of beautiful rural construction in Yongning Street to a certain extent.
