On The Construction Of National Parks From The Perspective Of Eco-Politics

As global ecological environment issues become more prominent,the protection of nature has become a human consensus.As an effective natural land management system,the national park system,which was founded more than 100 years ago,has been widely recognized and widely used worldwide.This paper uses ecological politics as a theoretical tool and analytical framework to try to make a comprehensive analysis and interpretation of the national park system.The thesis first traces the theoretical origins of national parks and reviews the history and actual development of national parks.Next,the thesis analyzes and positions the political economy of the national park.The thesis believes that as a kind of environment,national parks have the typical characteristics of public goods,but they have a certain degree of competition and exclusivity,so they are a kind of "quasi-public goods." Based on the national park's “ quasi-public goods ” attribute orientation,the thesis starts from the ecological systemic thinking mode and explains that the national park is a complete life community,which should be regarded as an organic whole to think about and construct the national park system.According to this method of thinking,the thesis concludes with an explanation of the institutionalized path and legalization guarantee of the national park system construction,including the establishment of management institutions,the improvement of management system and operational mechanism,and the guarantee of legislation and law enforcement.At a time when socialist ecological civilization construction has risen to the national strategic level,and the green development concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,the pilot work of China's national park system is proceeding smoothly and orderly,and the national park system has been clearly defined as the mainstream model of China's natural protection land system.Our national park should be a symbol of the construction of socialist ecological civilization.
