Research On The Supply Of Quasi-public Products In The Resettlement Area

As one of renewable clean energy,hydroelectric power gained worldwide recognition,is also an important part of renewable energy industry in China.Water resources and hydropower engineering associated with the implementation of a large number of immigrants,the immigrants involve the loss of the tangible assets such as land,house,forest land,and also involves the social network,human resources,social capital,intangible assets such as losses and compensation.Immigration restriction of water resources and hydropower engineering restricted the economic and social possibilities,which limits the development of hydropower industry.Since the new policy for the immigrates put into effect from 2006,the status resettlement of water resources and hydropower immigrated significantly improved and grid electricity price increases year by year,hydropower profit growth in China.Limited to our country people much more than land,the difference of urban and rural dual structure,etc.In recent years,water conservancy and hydropower resettlement still exist many problems,water conservancy and hydropower immigrants become one of the hidden danger leading to social instability.This paper argues that the key to solve the problem of immigration is to improve and increase its production,the quality of their life,create favorable conditions for its own development.Quasi-public goods provide efficiency in scope area,can reflect the life-quality of residents in certain extent in the same area.This article through to the provider of quasi-public goods for immigrants in Ludila-hydropower station concentrated site as well as the SWOT analysis of quasi-public goods supply of these area use the way as:review the literature,field survey,combining standardized research and empirical research method to carries on the preliminary research and discussion:how government provide quasi-public goods in centralized resettlement.
