Survey Report On The Feasibility Of Implementing House-for-Pension Model In Zhengzhou

Under the background of the deepening aging degree China's house-for-pension plan has been put on the agenda by the circ since 2014.It will be promoted from the pilot program to the whole country gradually.While promoting encountered barriers,development is slow,but there is no denying in housing endowment to supplement source of pension,can not only alleviate the pressure of the family pension,improve the life quality,the old man can also activate the real estate market,reconfigure the housing resources,and promote financial innovation and development,at the same time stimulate the elderly consumer economy,promoting the domestic economy needs.This paper followed the life cycle theory,family wealth generation theory and financial management theory,designed a questionnaire survey,and based on the results of the questionnaire,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of housing for the aged in Zhengzhou,and put forward a suitable operation model for Zhengzhou.The change of family structure,51.3% of the respondents have one or no children,and 74.6% are nuclear families of one or two generations.The aging level of Zhengzhou and the deficiency of the existing pension mode,as well as the low income level of Zhengzhou,prove that it is necessary to implement house-for-pension.There are still some deficiencies in the implementation of house-for-pension mode in Zhengzhou,such as outdated traditional concepts,poor pension infrastructure and unmatched laws and policies.However,the housing ownership rate among interviewees is as high as 91.2%,the stable second-hand housing market and good financial environment in Zhengzhou,the government has gradually attached importance to the pension industry and other advantages,and the housing endowment mode is feasible if reasonable measures are taken in Zhengzhou.Housing for the aged in Zhengzhou 's future development can be expected.
