As an important site where the national punishment is executed,the place of custody has the important functions of monitoring and management of prisoners.High-level management can effectively prevent prisoners escaping and endangering the society again.Recently,the number of prisoners continues to increase in the detention places.It has become difficult to manage and control the prisoners by human.Human control and management has low control efficiency,a serious shortage of police officers,difficulties to know the prisoners' tendency and low safety precautions.These more and more prominent shortcomings will easily cause security risks such as violent prison and prison break.Therefore,it has a stronger demand to achieve the target positioning and early-warning with technical means in the places of detention.Aimed at the current management and control contradiction problems in the detention places which is also the core subject,this thesis has explained the significance of this study.Combining the management and control requirement in the place of custody,the thesis has finally put forward the design program of target positioning and early-warning management system based on the in-depth study of ZigBee and other related technologies.The program can not only conduct a real-time location of a target person and achieve a target position monitoring,but also give an alarm according to a predetermined rule.The design and research work of this thesis includes the following:1.In this thesis,we achieve the localization algorithm of target prisoner with fingerprint signal strength method.Based on localization algorithm of RSSI signal strength,we have applied the fingerprint technology and reduced the environmental impacts caused by multipath interference in the complex indoor environment.2.The thesis has conducted a detailed analysis based on the needs of targeting and earlywarning management system in the detention places and established a system model by adopting the data flow-oriented method and stratified analysis.The thesis has also designed the overall framework of the system according to the model and its demands.3.This thesis has designed low-power positioning labels and achieved the acquisition of signal strength,acquisition of sensor information and early-warning information as well as pre-processing and packaging via real-time operating system on the chip.In this embedded system of limited resources,select the lightweight signal preprocessing to collect and filter RSSI signal.According to the characteristics of the embedded system,the thesis has studied the low-power strategy of the heartbeat pulse operation.4.This thesis has designed the control and management system based on ZigBee positioning and achieved the target positioning and alarming functions in the detention places.The system includes six modules: registration,system configuration,target monitoring,data access control,localization algorithm and application management.
