The Way To Improve Legistive Study On Right Of Internet Communication

With the development of digital technology and the Internet around the world, the traditional protection system of intellectual property right is undergoing tremendous poundings and challenges. How to protect the right entitled to the copyright owners to disseminate their works on the Internet? It has been a question concerned by the global field of intellectual property right in the past ten years. In our country, the computer network service also develops very fast. As the Internet developing impetuously, torts online, which get more and more serious, have also forced us to face the problem of how to regulate the dissemination of works on the network.Right of internet communication is one of the most important right which is the expansion of copyright under the internet environment. The development of internet technology brought challenges to the copyright. It has become a problem with concern and difficulty in the copyright realm.Our country established juridical status of the right of internet communication, which make our copyright protection system extend into cyberspace. But it is quite inadequate, further study on this new right is still necessary. this thesis mainly studies on the right and its protection and limitation, and gives recognition and suggestion about the copyright law and protection regulation of the right of internet communication.This thesis, firstly, researches on the structure and feature of internet environment and the networked technology influencing the protection of copyright, and describes the conception and features of the right of internet communication; Secondly, it summarizes and analyzes the legislative condition of the right in some developed countries. At last, it gives legislative condition in China and points out its inadequate, and it presents some suggestion on the perfection of the right of internet communication in China.
