Investigation Report Of Community Correction In Dingyuan County

This paper discusses the defects and deficiencies of some systems in community correction.To a certain extent,it affected the development of community correction work.Using interviews,case studies and empirical analysis,obtain real materials for community correction work in Dingyuan County.Through empirical research,it dissected the problem of community correction in Dingyuan County,and proposed solutions about How to improve the mechanism of community correction.It is hoped that community rectification will play an important role in reducing execution costs,promoting criminal policy reform,and helping community corrections staff completing resocialization successfully.The main structure is as follows:1.The current problem of community correction in our country.Including the research of community correction theory needs to be strengthened;The lack of community correction special law;The execution subject is unclear,the coordination of work linkage in each department is not enough.It also include that the community correction mechanism and the working system are not perfect,each departments have not yet formed a seamless connection,etc.2.The current situation of community correction and the problems in Dingyuan County.Adopt the introduction of the development situation of community correction work in Dingyuan County,analyze the puzzles in the implementation of community correction.The main problems are that the weak foundations,imperfect working mechanisms,and lack of ideological awareness,etc.3.Proposing countermeasures to perfection about community correction in Dingyuan County.Combining community correction theory and work practices,explore the practical implementation measures and methods of community correction in Strengthening the construction of community corrections teams,improving correction system,strengthening the understanding of corrective thinking,outstanding remedial measures to help relief and funding guarantees,etc.In order to improve the coordination of community correction continuously,supervision and management and assistance mechanisms,and deploy the community correction resources reasonably.It is helpful for community corrections achieving good social effects.
