Research On The Professional Security Of Judges In China

As the last guarantee to deal with disputes,the judicial process must be free from the interference of all external forces.The illegal intervention by the outside world will make the judges involuntarily,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the trial.It will inevitably disrupt the normal operation of the judiciary and will impact the construction of a society ruled by law'basis.In judicial practice,in recent years,the hotspots of judges whose personal safety has been threatened and their security is not effectively protected have been frequently seen in the public's field of vision,highlighting the fact that the lack of professional safety of judges is very serious.Therefore,it is more practical and necessary to improve the judges' occupational safety and security system,it is of great practical significance to ensure that judges are judged independently and impartially in accordance with the law,promote the professionalization of judges,and enhance the credibility of the judiciary.From the root of the lack of occupational safety and security in China,it is mainly because the judges' occupational safety guarantee legislation is not perfect,the court security mechanism is flawed,the judicial power operation mechanism is administrative,and the social rule of law spirit is lacking.Therefore,on the basis of referring to the measures related to the occupational security of the extraterritorial judges,China should gradually improve the judges' occupational safety guarantee system,construct a safeguard legal framework system,establish a court's routine security guarantee mechanism,and the judicial power operation mechanism will be administrative and cultivate the social rule of law,to promote judicial justice.
