"The court is the capital of the law, the judge is the law of the princes", in the country under the rule of law, judges enjoyed a high status and dignity of the law. But in our country, judicial adjudication power is not respected for a long time. With the People’s Court accepted the rapid growth of the number of cases, the judges are facing increasingly severe occupational risks. The judges’ professional security includes the security of the judges’ personal safety and the safety of the judges. Against the judge occupational safety event in recent years, showed a rising trend, in addition to occur within the court’s intentional killing, damage and other acts of violence directly against the judge life and health events to disrupt the trial or because of the case hearing dissatisfaction to retaliate against the judge’s behavior also occurred frequently, and because of the damage caused by the lack of guarantee system of law officer status of judges professional rights also seriously damage the credibility of the judiciary. The system of the judge’s responsibility is to be abused, which endangers the safety of the judges. Compared with other countries sound judicial immunity, our country legislation has been lacking in the immunity of judges. Therefore, only by constantly improving the independent rights of judges, the protection of the rights of identity, the protection of special rights, and gradually improve the system and operation mechanism for the protection of the rights of judges for China’s national conditions, in order to ensure that judges perform their duties according to the law, and safeguard judicial justice.From the viewpoint of theory and practice, this paper is to study the judge’s professional security in our country.
