Development Of On Old-age Security And Housing Security Integration

This article thoroughly analysizes the security for elderly and the house security of our country, points out there are many problems in the security for elderly and the house security respectively, moreover it is very difficult to find effective key to the situation in their respective interior. Some even already fall into vicious circles. The author attempts to seek suitable method to realize their communal developments through combining the security for elderly and the house security. Combination and promoting development of the security for elderly and house security refers that taking inhabitant's social security demand as the center, the government carries on policy adjustment, forms integrated solution, satisfies people'elderly demand and housing demand at the same time, combines all kinds of society resources to complete the security for elderly and the house security of our country,realizes their benign interaction, mutual supplement, mutual promotion, coordinated development, products "1+1 > 2" overall effect. On the foundation of guarantee the same level of life quality, reduces the cost as far as possible, or under the condition of consuming the same level resources ,enhances the resources disposition efficiency as far as possible, raises living standard.This paper consists of five chapters.Chapter I, based on the in-depth analyses of current situation of old-age security and housing security,the author points that there are many problems about the old-age security and housing security,and it is hard to resolve without thinking innovation. The author attempts to integrate both to explore solutions to achieve their common development.Chapter II, introduces the combined experience of foreign pension and housing security, especially the Singapore Central Provident Fund and the United States reverse mortgages.
