Research On Marx's Critical Thought Of "Universal Value"

In recent years,western capitalist countries have been vigorously advocating "universal value" in order to subvert the socialist system and dispel Communist ideals.They attempted to dominate the world with capitalist values,theory and system.,believing that history would end with capitalist system and value systems.In the new era,it is of great significance for China's socialist construction to recognize the essence of "universal value" and clarify the interests behind it.Early in the period of the Enlightenment,the ideas of freedom,equality,democracy and human rights advocated by the Enlightenment thinkers provided a direct theoretical source for "universal value",but this was abstract and idealistic;at the same time,the globalization of capitalism provided a realistic conditions for the promotion and spread of "universal value".In the period of "doctoral dissertation" and "Rhine newspaper",young Marx expressed his high praise of the liberal rationality and democratic principles in the Enlightenment without concealing.However,with an in-depth study of the practical problems,he found that there was a great contrast between reality and ideal.In the period of "German-French Yearbook" and "Paris Manuscript",Marx had already seen the hypocrisy and abstract defects of "universal value" advocated by the bourgeois enlightenment movement from the standpoint of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and then the disenchantment of "universal value" was opened.Marx criticized the "universal value" of the bourgeoisie from the dual dimensions of legal philosophy and political economics after his mature thought.The relationship between state(law)and civil society has been puzzling Marx's "distressed question",which is also the logical starting point of his criticism of "universal value" from the perspective of legal philosophy.After establishing the historical materialism that social existence determines social consciousness,he fully exposed the class nature and oppressive disadvantages of "universal value".On this basis,Marx analyzed the essence and class foundation of private ownership of capitalist mode of production from the perspective of simple commodity economy and capital and labor exchange,which is also the conditions for the growth of bourgeois free democratic thought.Through the great contrast between ideology and reality,Marx uncovered the mysterious veil of abstractness and hypocrisy of bourgeois "universal value".Accurately and comprehensively understanding and combing Marx's critical thought of "universal value" will not only help to dispel the theory of "universal value" in the West,but also provide theoretical basis for cultivating socialist core values in China.In reality,it also helps us to resist the "color revolution" consciously,so as to realize the conscious pursuit of the "Chinese Dream" in the new era.
