The central issue of Critique of Hegel's Philosophy is the relation between civil society and state.Marx founded the concept of civil society in the thought of Hegel, that the civil society is as the basis and essence of the existence of the country. But in the process of his critique,Marx fully inherited Hegel's analysis framework. That is why Marx turned to the study of political economics. Both Marx and Hegel have tried to solve the problem of the separation of man as an economic animal in the modern civil society and a political animal in the country.Hegel's solution is to aufheben the civil society to country,by the universal estate to achieve universal interests as the intermediary, and Marx pointed out that the bureaucratic system only has a universal form but particular private interests with representatives of other private interests opposed. However,Marx insisted that Hegel's analytical framework, that is,the universality taking particularity as its intermediary to achieve itself.Marx pointed out that the people in the real activities with the development of the real universality of the positive particularity. This identification constitutes the philosophical foundation of Marx's theory of class analysis and proletariat.
