Research On The Cultivation Of New Township Virtuous Culture From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural areas have always been the foundation of China's social development.The issue of agriculture and rural farmers is a fundamental issue that concerns the national economy and people's livelihood.With the rapid progress of urbanization,rural areas are faced with such problems as hollowing out,insufficient endogenous development momentum,shortage of governance talents,and single governance mode.The contradiction between people's growing need for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development is more prominent in rural areas.In order to solve the problem of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" development,the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China made for the first time the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy major decision-making deployment.Culture is the soul that holds people together.Economy is the foundation for rural revitalization,talents are the key,and local culture is the guarantee.Rural revitalization not only needs to pay attention to the improvement of rural physical environment and hardware conditions,but also needs to strengthen rural cultural construction.Inheriting and innovating local culture,injecting cultural vitality into the revitalization of rural areas and stimulating spiritual power.The cultivation of the new rural sage culture is the fundamental measure to consolidate the foundation and cultivate the yuan in the construction of rural culture,as well as the source of the endogenous driving force of rural revitalization and the good recipe for internal governance.With the moral appeal contained in the culture of local sages,we will attract and rally people from all walks of life to support the construction of our hometown and promote the development of rural areas and the civilization of local customs.This paper is divided into four parts.Firstly,this paper defines the concepts of the new village sages and their culture,refines the spiritual connotation of the new village sages culture,and probes into the positive role of the new village sages in the rural revitalization and the time value of the new village sages culture in the rural revitalization.The second part focuses on three aspects: promoting the sound and rapid development of rural economy and society,improving the level of rural moral governance,and fixing the foundation of rural culture.The third part elaborates the principles that should be adhered to in cultivating the new local sage culture,which mainly includes: adhering to the socialist core values as the guidance,adhering to the combination of inheritance and innovation,and adhering to the combination of moving people with virtue and educating people with literature.Finally,the paper puts forward the way to cultivate the new rural sages culture from the perspective of rural revitalization,mainly from the four aspects of building a platform for the new rural sages to participate in the rural revitalization,encouraging and supporting the new rural sages to participate in the rural grassroots governance,creating a good cultural atmosphere of respecting virtue and respecting sages,and preventing the alienation behavior in the return of the new rural sages.
