Research On The Promotion Of Rural Civilization By The New Follow Villager On The Perspective Of Role Theory

The rural civilization is one of the overall requirements of the rural revitalization strategy.In the context of social transformation,the construction of rural civilization has the dilemma of peasant values lost,rural entanglement deep-rooted,and some villagers' behaviors are out of order.Stepping into a new era,The new follow villager is being given new connotations and becoming an important resource for rural governance.The promotion of the new follow villager culture has a strong demonstration and leading role.The new follow villager's words and deeds can be like the ancient township sages.It is necessary to inherit and nurture the culture of the new follow villager from the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and promote the roots of socialist core values in rural areas to promote rural revitalization.However,there are some problems in the practice of the new follow villager to promote the construction of rural civilization.For example,the rural area gradually transitions from “acquaintance society” to “semi-acquaintance society”,the new follow villager and rural existing governance systems form conflicts,and rural society presents moral diversity.The two sides of the group and the new follow villager group.This study selects T town in Henan as a case.Through the analysis of the status quo of T town the new follow villager participating in the construction of rural civilization,the new follow villager faces four problems,that is,the rural transition from “acquaintance society” to “semi-acquaintance society”,the new follow villager and the existing governance system in rural areas.Conflict,rural society presents moral diversification and the duality of the the new follow villager group.This thesis uses the role theory to analyze the dilemma of the new follow villager's promotion of rural civilization construction,and analyzes the practice of the new follow villager's promotion of rural civilization construction from the role play,role value and role conflict.This paper thinks that the new follow villager is in the rural civilization.There are four role orientations in the construction,namely,the leader of rural spiritual civilization,the promoter of rural development,the coordinator of the relationship between the grassroots government and the masses,and the inheritor of traditional culture.Using role theory analysis,it is found that the new follow villager faces three kinds of role conflicts,namely,role conflicts caused by different roles,role conflicts caused by role changes,and conflicts caused by insufficient role-playing ability.Starting from the role theory's guidance to practice,this paper proposes the role optimization of the new follow villager to participate in the construction of rural civilization.One is to clarify the role expectation and clarify the role orientation,the second is to accelerate the role change and comprehend the role value,and the third is to enhance role play and complete role practice.The fourth is to develop role norms and improve role development.
