Research On The Social Organization's Participation In The Medical Assistance Services

As an important guarantee for the vulnerable groups to enjoy medical rights,medical aid plays a vital role in the harmony and stability of the society.At present,medical aid in our country mainly includes government medical aid and charity medical aid.As one of the main bodies of charity medical aid,social organizations have expanded the scope of medical aid in the process of providing medical aid services.It enriches the connotation of medical aid,plays an important supplementary and innovative role to a certain extent,and promotes the fairness and justice of society.However,as a new type of thing,social organizations also have some problems and problems in the process of providing services,which need to be studied and solved.In order to improve the ability and level of social organization to participate in medical aid service,give full play to the service function of social organization and promote the development of social organization.In this paper,four social organizations of medical assistance in Shaanxi Province were used as samples,using qualitative research methods to collect first-hand data through participatory observation and interviews with the relevant staff of the four institutions.Then summarized and analyzed the relevant literature,interview and observation data,summarized and predicted the present situation and development trend of social organizations participating in medical assistance in Shaanxi Province.In the course of the research,it was found that the social organization of medical assistance in Shaanxi Province was in-service.There are some problems and dilemmas in personnel,fund raising,project execution and agency propaganda.At the same time,many factors causing problems and puzzles are also analyzed.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three aspects: the organization itself,the government and the external social environment.
