With WTO negotiation got stuck and global economy bearing pressure from downstream.World economy is faced with profound adjustment.To stimulate the economy recovery,many countries are establishing free trade zones.As the Asia-Pacific presents half of the world economy,the countries in this area can not stand by and recently the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement(TPP)was settled.And this agreement is bound to be the focus of global society.TPP aims to become high-standard region trade convention of next generation.And from content of the agreement that has been announced,it is beyond that of the past feed trade agreement.The 12 contracting parties of TPP have different degree of development.Therefore,it's quite achievement for them to come to an agreement on the topic of Labour.Actually,the debate of linkage of labour issues and trade has existed for a long time.The large difference lies in the expected interest between developed and developing countries.Despite that the labour issues is not specific in TPP.It's rare seen for TPP to set a separate chapter as text for labour issues.China has been pushing through the labour law making in the past few years.“Labour Contract Law”,“Social Insurance Law”,“Employment Promotion Law”and others are published.Meanwhile,we built several free trade zones,taking advantage of transformation time.While the worldwide number of FTA is increasing,which covered many topics very quickly,and the level of liberalization proves significantly,the State Council issued a file,suggesting how to accelerate the implementation of FTA,to speed up the FTA strategy and build up the global oriented,high-standard FTA net.To sum up,this text starts with the debate of international trade and labour standard,discussing significance between labour issues and trade,analyzing its legal nature.Secondly,we analyze the content and characteristic of TPP labour clause.At last,we raise some suggestion on how to improve our existing relevant system.
