Research On Harmonious Community Construction In The Process Of Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,China's economy and society have developed rapidly,and the urbanization process has been accelerating day by day.Mixed residence of expropriated peasants and urban residents in newly planned cities and towns has broken the basic homogeneity of the community living structure in the past,different educational levels,living habits and living background,making the traditional "community management" There are many new problems and contradictions in the current "social governance".In the process of "mixed farming and residence" community life,different values,world outlook and living habits make it difficult to coordinate the contradictions among community residents.Taking "harmonious community" as the breakthrough point to study the innovation of Yuejin community governance in Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,is conducive to providing a sample of "harmonious community" construction for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and also to providing knowledge reference for the construction of "harmonious community" in Taixing City,Jiangsu Province.On the basis of the theory of knowledge,the mature theory of good governance and community governance provide a good lesson for this paper.On the methodology,the research methods of this paper include investigation,comparative analysis,literature research and qualitative analysis.Focusing on the concept of "good governance" and the construction goal of "harmonious community",the leap forward community has made some achievements in community management settings,community organization construction,community economic construction,community culture construction and community public service construction in recent years,but there are also some problems such as "community identity ownership".Some prominent problems,such as lack of strong sense,obscure dominant position of community management departments,inadequate supply level of community public services,unscientific community management system,etc.The prominent problems in the construction of "harmonious community" in the leap forward community are mainly caused by "insufficient resources and supply of community culture construction","lagging development of community autonomous governance ability","low quality of community cadres".Following the main logic of "good governance" and "community governance",the construction of a harmonious community in the future needs to proceed from the following aspects: First,reform the "one system" and establish the pattern of "cooperative governance" in the community.Secondly,we should improve the "two mechanisms" to consolidate the level of resources security of communitygovernance,focusing on improving the operational mechanism of "good governance" and the financial guarantee mechanism oriented by "good governance".Thirdly,we should standardize the "three systems" and build a modern public service-oriented community,focusing on standardizing the access system of affairs in community governance,the employment system in community governance and the self-government system of community residents.Fourth,we should strengthen the "four strengths" of harmonious community governance,namely,strengthening the work of community party building,increasing public participation in community public affairs governance,strengthening the integration of Community Affairs Cooperative Governance resources,and strengthening the establishment of "harmonious community" model soldiers.
