A Practical Study On The Cooperation And Development Of Two Elderly Volunteer Groups In The Community

Community consolidation is an effective way to integrate community resources and promote overall development.The management mechanism of some old and old communities is relatively simple,and the phenomenon of human resource waste is more serious.Under this premise,the government chooses to merge some areas with poor development and poor management effect,hoping to complete the overall development of the community and promote the establishment of a harmonious society through the merger.After the community merger,because of the administrative reasons,there was no mutual volunteer community volunteer group,so they need to cooperate with each other and work together.Because of the lack of awareness among the volunteers,the trust of each other is not high and the cooperation between groups is limited.Therefore,it is imperative to establish effective trust and cooperation among the different volunteer groups.In view of this situation,this study carried out a practical research on social work promoting cooperation among community elderly volunteers.This study uses group work and community work to serve the cooperative development of the elderly volunteers in the G community in the city of Beijing and to carry out research according to this service.Social workers carry out group work to familiarise members and establish trust among organizational members.Under the Enlightenment of the regional development model,the community activities are carried out,which emphasizes the extensive participation of the members of the organization,solves the community problems in the process of mutual cooperation,and provides professional social workers’ knowledge help in the process of community activities,and completes the increasing energy of the elderly volunteers in the community,thus ultimately achieving the purpose of promoting the development of the community.This study rethinks the methods and processes of practical work,and finds that the effective use of group work methods and community work methods can enhance the trust among the community elderly volunteers,promote the cooperation among the community elderly volunteers,and complete the development of the community elderly volunteer organization.
