The Research On The Development Countermeasures Of Voluntary Service In Panjin City

In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the Republic,voluntary service in China have begun to develop rapidly.As an important part of social governance,voluntary service have great significance in maintaining the stable operation and development of society,as well as alleviating the social contradictions caused by the gap between the rich and the poor.However,due to the congenital deficiency of voluntary organizations management and the lack of understanding of local governments on voluntary service,voluntary organizations are all in the dilemma of volunteer failure.At present,China is at an important node of economic development,most of the third and fourth tier cities are in a serious dilemma of financial revenue and expenditure.To get out of the development dilemma,voluntary organizations are needed to be effectively improved,thus the third party to solve social problems will provide new power for China’s further development.This paper aims to explore the countermeasures for the development of voluntary service in Panjin City.It is divided into five chapters.It uses the theory of volunteer failure,the two-factor theory,and the third-party governance theory as the theoretical research tools,Panjin City Volunteer Service Development and development issues are comprehensively sorted out by using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.Firstly,the development of Panjin City Volunteer Organizations in recent years,the composition of volunteers and the status quo of volunteer management departments are discussed.The significance of voluntary service for the further development of volunteer service in Panjin City are analyzed in depth.Secondly,according to the current situation of volunteer service in Panjin City,analyze and judge through the two dimensions of volunteer service activity process and information transmission process,and comprehensively analyze the results of questionnaires and survey interviews,and conduct multi-dimensional analysis to summarize the development problems of voluntary service in Panjin City,such as “volunteer failure”,“dual factors” lack,and “third-party governance” insufficient participation,etc.In-depth analysis was conducted for constraints at the management system level,lack of sharing mechanisms,lack of protection &reward mechanisms,lack of professionalism,and lack of training mechanisms etc.,to explore the reasons among of them.Finally,through in-depth analysis of relevant development experience at home and abroad,the plan design and countermeasure suggestions were put forward on the local actual situation and existing conditions of Panjin City,including the establishment of a volunteer service platform,improvement of the volunteer service information sharing mechanism,and stimulating long-term volunteer enthusiasm,Promoting a series of specific measures such as the professionalization of voluntary services.As a national civilized city,Panjin has always attached great importance to the development of voluntary services.However,due to the long-standing issues such as management,system and awareness,the development of voluntary services in Panjin City has been stalled.The new era civilization practice centers in all counties and districts have been completed,and the development of voluntary service in Panjin City has come to a new outlet.To find a set of effective development countermeasures at this time node is of great practical significance to the development of Panjin voluntary organizations and the improvement of Panjin’s social governance system.
