Research On The Application Of Regional Development Model In Building Harmonious Neighborhood Relationship

The community is the basic unit of society,and the neighborhood relationship is an important bridge for communication between people.With the change of living style,the relationship between the neighborhoods is becoming more and more indifferent,and the problems caused by them are increasing.How to create a harmonious neighborhood relationship is a common concern of scholars.The regional development model is one of the three major modes of community social work.This model emphasizes that all members of the community actively participate in the management of various affairs of the community,and through the joint efforts of all members to solve common problems in the community,improve the indifference of community neighborhoods,enhance the cohesiveness and sense of belonging of the residents in the community,and build a harmonious and beautiful Community.In response to the indifference of the neighborhood relationship of SYT community,the regional development model is used to help community residents to explore their own and community resources,enhance the communication and cooperation capabilities of community residents,and encourage people to find opportunities for cooperation in various aspects of exchange,thus establishing a stable Friendship,to achieve the purpose of creating a harmonious neighborhood.Therefore,based on the investigation of the status quo of the neighborhood relationship of the target community,the author explores the application of the regional development model in creating a harmonious neighborhood relationship,and combines the interaction theory with the SYT community as an example to select some residents as the target,through interviews and participatory observation.Law,questionnaire method,etc.,to understand that SYT community residents have low familiarity in the neighborhood,low frequency of interaction in neighborhoods,tend to be superficial,have a high degree of desire in neighborhoods,and lack a platform for communication.Then use the regional development model to unite the neighborhood strategy,organize community activities to promote exchanges between residents,develop community organizations to strengthen communication between neighbors,build a community communication platform to enhance neighborhood feelings,and achieve the purpose of creating a harmonious neighborhood.Finally,it summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the regional development model in creating a harmonious neighborhood relationship,and proposes rationalization proposals.
