The Broadcast & TV network is an important participant in the public cultural service in China.At present,more than 6 percent of the people still accept the public service of radio and television through the Broadcast & TV network.China's Broadcast & TV network developed in recent years under a series of market-oriented reforms,but also has to face the emergence of heavy problems in service and efficiency.Based on the case study of Tianjin Broadcast & TV network and the theories related public service,this paper analyzed the development status quo of Tianjin Broadcast & TV network to participate in public service.Comparing the domestic and international practice of Broadcast & TV network(industry)in the public service,ideas and measures to solve the problem was put forward,hoping this study will provide useful reference for Tianjin Broadcast & TV network in improving public services and promoting market development. |
