Perfection Of China Security System

For the government information security management,It's of great importance to do well in keeping the government information secret or public,which reflects a standard in national security legislation and the secrecy system.Also,It's related to the secrecy management in various departments,units and administrative instituti-ons directly.People in China take more importance on Secrecy than decryption.C-itizen's right to know government information cannot be protection and relief effectively.In order to promote the perfection of security system,improve the security management level of our country,reduce the disadvantages of privacy legislation a-nd security system.The thesis will study the security system,secret decryption sy-stem,supervision and examination system of our country to analyze the status and characteristics of security management in China by literature research method,an-d introduce the basic situation of China's security administration supplemented by case study method.For The security management system of the United States,the thesis will introduce the American security system from the United States Secret official system,the rational use of confidential information and close examination system,dense objection system,decryption system,various government agencies in decryption work and security supervision system with analysis of literature.After t-hat,a high degree of cross-integration between secrecy laws and information discl-osure regulations,confidentiality and decryption are equally important in legislation and specific practice and the flexibility of legislative adjustment illustrates are ref-erred to for explaining the characteristics of the American secrecy system.Afterwar-ds,the thesis will explore the inadequacies of China's confidentiality legislation and confidentiality management as well as the reference for the construction of con-fidentiality legislation and security management institutions in the United states,Fi-nally,we will draw lessons from the success of the United States Secret and con-fidential system in legislation to perfect the construction of secrecy legislation and secrecy system in China by the contrast analysis,and we will propose measures in improving secret objection system,construction of declassified legislation and decry-ption system,crossintegration between between secrecy laws and information disclosure regulations as well as adjusting the flexibility of security legislation.
