Research On The Protection Of Farmers' Interests In Rural Land Acquisitionunder The Perspective Of Marxist Interest View

Land is the material basis for farmers to carry out agricultural production activities,and it is also the basic guarantee for farmers to survive and develop.Since the reform and opening up,China's socialist economic construction has made great achievements.In order to meet the actual needs of social construction and economic development,the phenomenon of expropriation of peasant land has inevitably emerged,and a large number of landless peasants have been derived from it.In the process of land acquisition in rural areas,due to the failure to properly handle the distribution of the interests of social subjects,various kinds of conflicts of interest,even conflicts of interest,have arisen between different individuals and individuals,between individuals and groups,and between groups.Is a serious threat to the harmonious development of society.At present,the infringement of farmers 'interests by the expropriation of rural land has aroused the common concern of the Party,the government and the general public,and the academic community has also conducted relevant research on the subject and obtained many useful research results.However,the optimal path for this problem has not yet been found.The Marxist interest view is the basic theory of Marxist interests.Therefore,to properly solve the problem of farmers 'interests protection in the process of rural land acquisition,we must fully use the Marxist interest view to conduct objective analysis,comb the context of the problem,and grasp the essence of the problem through phenomena.It provides a theoretical basis for solving the problem of protecting farmers 'interests in land expropriation.Based on the theory of Marxist interests,this paper studies the problems of farmers 'interest guarantee in the land expropriation process by various research methods.This research is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,introduces the background of the research,combs and summarizes the relevant research results at home and abroad,and points out the significance and innovation of the research.In the second part,we analyze and study in detail the Marxist concept of interest,expound the Marxist concept of interest in China,explain and define the relevant concepts related to the research of the subject,and lay the theoretical foundation for the research of the subject.It emphasizes the guiding significance of Marxist interest view on the protection of farmers 'interests in land expropriation.The third part,through summarizing the research results of otherscholars,and the professional analysis of the collected data,objectively analyzes the current situation of farmers 'interest protection in the land expropriation process and the reasons for the problems.The fourth part,according to the analysis of the reasons in the previous article,puts forward the corresponding measures and puts forward the countermeasures to protect the interests of farmers.
