Research On Our Government Managementof Environmental Pollution Incident Under The New Media

In recent years,domestic and international environmental pollution incidents frequent,our government has encountered a lot of embarrassment in dealing with the process,and accumulated a certain amount of experience.However,on the basis of these experiences,the traditional methods of dealing with environmental pollution incidents have become less suitable for the new situation with the progress of society and the development of science and technology,for the increasingly complex environmental pollution incidents difficult to fully respond.So this study has a very necessary practical significance,but also the needs of the development of the times.Here,environmental pollution event management is a comprehensive and continuous response to the management process with the relevant characteristics of new media to achieve the government to effectively deal with environmental pollution incident management.The most important of which is how to use the new media medium to deal with the relationship between government,new media and the public in the whole response process.This study is divided into six parts: introduction,explain the background and significance of the topic of this article elucidates lots of domestic and international research results,and to explain the idea of this study,methods,etc.foreword content;The first part of this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of new media and environmental pollution events,introduces the concept,characteristics and development trend of new media,the concept,characteristics and hazards of environmental pollution events,the characteristics of environmental pollution incident management,environmental pollution incident management the operating mechanism;The second part of the text through the four cases of our government to deal with the status of environmental pollution incidents were described and put forward shortcomings.In China,the relevant legal system and management mechanism of emergencies have been relatively perfect,and a relatively complete public crisis early warning system has been established.However,there are still unsatisfactory laws and regulations of emergency management,relatively lack of long-term mechanism,contingency plan not strong,the coordination mechanism of various departments is not perfect and other issues.The third part of the text through three cases of foreign response to the status of environmental pollution incidents were elaborated,and proposed to improve the relevant legal system,strengthen the coordination mechanism,pay attention to the new media in the event of the effectiveness of the process of management,to promote public participation the experience of revelation.In view of the above shortcomings and revelation,in the fourth part of the text,the author puts forward the countermeasures of our government to perfect the management of environmental pollution incident from six angles,constructing scientific and perfect legal system,optimize the emergency plan,pay attention to practical operation,using new media to promote emergency mechanism and coordinate construction,the establishment of a new media authority platform to enhance the quality of information dissemination,make full use of new media,increase the transparency of information disclosure,to ensure efficient exchange of information between the government and the public.The conclusion part of the main point of the full text of the re-order,and explain the follow-up research direction.
