Research On The Problems Of Non-profit Organizations Participating In Community Care For The Aged

Old-age care is becoming an increasingly prominent problem for China,a modern superpower.By the end of 2017,the number of people over 60 years old in China has exceeded 241 million,and how to solve the pension problem of more than 200 million old people has become a hot topic of social scholars' concern.On the one hand,the family structure continues to change,and the only child parents have entered the old age one after another,with less children and empty nest becoming more and more prominent.Under the "4-2-1" family structure,the family foundation for old-age care also changes greatly,which brings great challenges to the traditional family old-age care model.On the other hand,institutional endowment cannot be promoted on a large scale due to the influence of traditional ideas of the elderly and high service costs.In this context,a new form of old-age care combining family old-age care and institutional old-age care--community old-age care emerges at the historic moment.This new old-age care mode provides an effective way to improve the quality of life and quality of life of the elderly.Has been the government is the main body in the main supply of community endowment,however,community endowment service as a kind of public goods if fully provided by the government,will be the condition of resource waste and low efficiency;And the market can only offer the high consumption crowd community endowment service,service coverage range is limited,can't meet the demand of the low consumption ability crowd community endowment,in this case,the market failure will occur,so the government failure and market failure for non-profit organizations to participate in the community endowment service supply provides development space.Non-profit organizations,government and the market does not have unique advantages,it provides the community endowment service is a beneficial supplement for government and market,but because our country market economy system is still imperfect and defects of non-profit organization itself,makes the non-profit organizations in the community endowment service provision in one way or another problem.So,in order to guarantee realization of nonprofit organization to provide more professional,comprehensive community endowment service,must study these problems,mining the deep reasons of these problems,combined with China's national conditions,the experience both at home and abroad for reference,and then puts forward the nonprofit organization to participate in the communityendowment service countermeasures,which naturally became a very important research subject.This paper,based on the participation of non-profit organizations in community pension service,analyzes the status quo of Chinese non-profit organizations' participation in community participation in the elderly care service through literature research.This paper introduces the theoretical basis of the participation of non-profit organizations in community pension service in China.Comparison study method,through to the British government,the Japanese government and the U.S.government in the nonprofit organization to participate in community participation endowment the success experience for reference and learning,and improve the countermeasures of our non-profit organizations to participate in community service.The focus of this article is how to promote non-profit organizations to participate in the community endowment service,encourage collaboration between governments and nonprofits,give full play to their strengths,to build the government,non-profit organizations,and community participation of community endowment patterns,not to strengthen the construction of non-profit organization itself,and promote the healthy development of the community endowment in China.
