Research On The Status Quo And Optimization Countermeasures Of Community Elderly Care Services In Yongchuan District

At present,the global aging process is accelerating,many countries have entered th e aging society,China is one of them.Since the 20 th century,the situation of population aging in China has become more and more serious.The imbalance between supply and demand of institutional pension is gradually prominent,and the miniaturization of famil y structure accelerates the decline of its pension function.Nowadays,the innovation of p ension service mode is encouraged by our government,and the community pension mod e is vigorously promoted by the government.Based on family and relying on communit y,the community pension model integrates the advantages of institutional pension mode l and family pension by using the power of the government and all sectors of society to provide pension services for the elderly.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism theory,communit y care theory and other related theories,this paper analyzes and studies the domestic an d foreign community pension service mode and Yongchuan District Community pensio n service,combs out the development of Yongchuan District Community pension servic e mode and the needs of the elderly,finds out its advantages and finds out its existing pr oblems and shortcomings,and then carries on the analysis Analysis and research,to find a scientific and effective solution.This paper first summarizes the relevant theories,and then analyzes the community elderly care service in Yongchuan District.It has a certain understanding of the content of community elderly care service and the construction of community elderly care servi ce in Yongchuan District.By issuing questionnaires,it collects the age structure,elderly care needs,economic status and other information of the elderly in the community,and analyzes the data collected Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given.The author hopes that through the indepth analysis of the current situation of comm unity pension service in Yongchuan District,we can explore new ways to improve the c ommunity pension service in Yongchuan District,so as to effectively improve the level of pension service in Yongchuan District on the basis of continuous practice,and also pr ovide reference for other regions of Chongqing and the western region as well as other r egions of the country.
