Research On The Crime Of Floating Population And Security Prevention And Control System In Shanghai

With the revolution of times and society,a large number of enter urban life.These migrant migrants promoted the city construction,economic development and social progress,and the flow of the population is under the reform,opening up and socialist market economic system of inevitable development trend,but also embodiment of social progress.However,the problems of immigration and social security have also become a problem for many cities.In addition,China is experiencing a period of social transformation and reform in the deep water period,and the urban and economic development is undergoing a new round of changes.The negative impact of the increasingly prominent problem of migrant population crime in cities will greatly hinder and hamper the further development of the city.Shanghai,as an international metropolis and the national economic and financial center,also is experiencing the security dilemma brought by the floating population crimes and accompanied by public security prevention and control system of the change.Located in the northern part of Shanghai,B District has a large number of imported floating population,at the same time,the urban structure of B District is urban,urban and rural,and the rural "trinity",which can objectively reflect the general characteristics of the floating population in different areas of Shanghai.Therefore,as a sample of this paper,the B District of this municipality is a comprehensive and representative one,which can objectively reflect the crime status of migrant floating population in this city.By means of the city and the relevant cases and data of the B District was summarized theoretical and numerical analysis,systematically study the external characteristics and dynamic changes of the floating population crime,clarify floating population crime and the inner link between crime prevention and control system and the universal law,is of an important foundation of social public security prevention and control system architecture science.This article is divided into four chapters,the first chapter from the foreign staff of the floating population crime,crime types,crime in three aspects,to floating population as the research subject,from the analysis of this city and the floating population as the breakthrough point of B District,fully analyze the city and the development of the B District outside of the floating population crime,clarify basic characteristics of floating population crime in recent years and the new trend.The second chapter from outside of the floating population crime subject,types,behavior three aspects to obtain,in combing the basic theories of public security prevention and control system at the same time,briefly summarized in recent years,the construction of the city's public security prevention and control system,and applying the theory of "broken Windows" theory and other professional external floating population crime on the influence of the regional public security prevention and control system.In the third chapter,the author points out the shortcomings of the existing public security control system in terms of subject characteristics,object characteristics and behavior characteristics.Fourth chapter on the basis of the study,from multidimensional principal object,multi-level,diversified means of three-dimensional construction perspective,fully combined with the analysis in the previous chapters in this paper,the problem of floating population in the city public security prevention and controlsystem construction,in turn,control problems one by one,especially the key list in recent years,the city to promote upgrading of constructing idea and working methods of prevention and control of public security,and in Shanghai the future city development as the background,on the premise of guarantee good public security environment in Shanghai,to further reduce the crime rate for the purpose of the floating population,and draw lessons from this city B District public security prevention and control system of the construction and development in recent years,the scientific system to put forward a
