Research On The Police Reform Of The Police Station Under The Three-dimensional Social Security Prevention And Control System

Peace and development is is still the theme of the world today,while the prerequisite security is a safe and stable environment at home and abroad.“Peaceful China” is the prerequisite to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new century.Nowadays,more and more social contradictions caused by the adjustment of social structure and interests pattern are becoming increasingly complicated.With the speed-up flow of“people,logistics,cash and information”,public security management is under the unprecedented pressure.In particular,the situation of counter-terrorism and stability mantainance are grim and complex,violent terrorism and personal extreme violence crime are worsening the national security and social stability.Therefore,it is urgent to deepen the reform of the public security police,establish and improv the state as soon as possible.With the adaptation to the ice-breaking public security reform of basic police stations,this dissertation takes Dalian as an example,lists the the common bottlenecks that reatrain the sustainable development,finds the deep causes that restrict the development,and on the basesis of national conditions and police alarm and the reference of expericences from developed countries and regions,gives the following suggestions: combine police reform with managing police by laws,legally divide the autority of central and local governance according to the social situation and police alarm,regulate the organization structuring,and ensure the dominant,basic and core status of police informationization activities.
