In recent years,In order to pay close attention to the interests of the people,improve the efficiency of government services,and strive to create a service window that is satisfactory to the people.the window service of government departments has become increasingly important in China's public service system.The window service unit has greatly improved the convenience and satisfaction of the public at the grassroots level in accepting public services.At the same time,there are also a series of problems.When faced with service targets,the workers of the window service units need to constantly adjust themselves actively to cope with the changes in work and demonstrate good service attitude and confidence in the work.On the other hand,the staff needs to work to maintain an efficient degree of investment.This study takes the workers of Shanghai Social Security Center as the research object to explores the influence of professional identity on the job engagement,and the regulatory role of public service motivation and self-efficiency in professional identity and job engagement.In the introduction,the background and significance of the research are expounded.The literature on professional identity at home and abroad is reviewed,and the aspects that are not involved in the existing research are analyzed,and then establish the methods and contents of this research.In the second chapter,the related concepts and theoretical basis of the study are described,and the contents related to the professional identity in the theory of social identity,the theory of expectancy and the theory of psychological contract are expounded.In the third chapter,the theoretical model of the influence of professional identity on the job engagement of the workers in the window service unit is constructed.The scale used in the questionnaire is described and the relevant research hypothesis and research design are put forward.In the fourth chapter,this study uses the method of quantitative analysis to analyze the model of the influence of professional identity on the job engagement with the workers of Shanghai Social Security Center as the empirical research object.After the descriptive statistical analysis of each variable data,the reliability and validity of the theoretical model and the relationship between the variables in the model also the mediating and moderating effect were tested by software such as SPSS and Amos to verify whether the hypothesis was established.Comprehensive understanding of the situation.And the results of the study were analyzed.In the fifth chapter,this study collects the qualitative information about the influence of professional identity on the job engagement through the interview method.Through the qualitative research,the present situation and existing problems of the professional identity management of workers of Shanghai Social Security Center at the individual level,the organization level and the social level are analyzed.It is found that there are problems such as lack of personal cognition,insufficient attention to units and social cognitive bias.On this basis,the causes of the problems are analyzed.In the sixth chapter,combined with the previous research,the relevant suggestions are given in order to optimize professional identity management of workers in the window service unit.We put forward some suggestions on how to establish a clear concept of professional identity management,how to screen workers service motivation and how to improve the public's awareness.Finally,summarizes the findings and points out the innovations and shortcomings in this study.
