With the rapid development and continuous transformation of China’s economy,e-government,which comprehensively applies modern information technology,network technology and office automation technology,is also developing.The people have a higher demand for the effectiveness,simplicity and quickness of handling affairs,and also put forward higher requirements for the service level of the administrative service center.At present,there are many kinds of business and a large number of window staff in the administrative service center,and the masses have high requirements for window service attitude and efficiency,which leads to the low sense of achievement and serious job burnout of window staff,which is not conducive to the construction of modern convenient administrative service center.The research process of this paper is as follows.Firstly,it analyzes the basic situation and work status of the window staff of Z County Administrative Service Center,as well as the practical and theoretical significance of the research content.Secondly,collect and sort out the relevant literature to understand the research progress of occupational well-being in different industries and fields,and master the relevant theoretical knowledge;Then nine staff members from different windows were interviewed semi structurally to understand their daily work status,attitude towards work,feelings in the process of work and so on,and to establish a model and put forward hypotheses.Then according to the existing organizational support,career wellbeing,sense of achievement research scale,combined with the interview results,design the questionnaire.The reliability,validity,correlation,regression and mediating effect of 174 valid questionnaires were analyzed to understand the level of occupational well-being,organizational support and feedback perception of service objects of window staff in Z County Administrative Service Center.After sorting out and analyzing the results of the questionnaire,we draw the following conclusions: 1.Organizational support has a positive effect on the career well-being of window staff;2.Service object feedback has a positive effect on career well-being of window staff;3.Sense of achievement plays a mediating role in the influence of perceived organizational support and service object feedback on career well-being of window staff.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some effective countermeasures,such as strengthening the organizational support and improving the feedback of service objects,so as to improve the professional well-being of window staff;Finally,it summarizes the paper,points out the shortcomings of this paper,and makes a practical prospect for this research.Through the investigation and research in this paper,the occupational wellbeing of the staff in the window of Z County Administrative Service Center is quantified,which vividly shows the current situation of occupational well-being and clearly reflects the problems existing in the administrative service center.Effective measures are taken to improve the current situation,enhance the sense of organizational support of the staff,and stimulate the work enthusiasm of the staff,Enhance the professional well-being of staff.
