| In 2021,we officially entered the "14th five year plan" period and launched the "14th five year plan".The implementation of the plan and the promotion of work are inseparable from the entrepreneurial enthusiasm and initiative of grass-roots civil servants,let alone their recognition and investment in their own careers.As the basis of the party and national cadre team,grass-roots civil servants’ professional identity and work input level are related to the level of public service.In addition,the professionalization of civil servants has been developing continuously;grass-roots civil servants continue to have new cognition and feelings about their own career.On this basis,we should strengthen the professional identity of grass-roots civil servants.This paper takes grass-roots civil servants in Qingdao as the object of investigation,aiming to clarify the importance of professional identity through the analysis of the impact of grass-roots civil servants’ professional identity on work input,and then put forward the promotion strategy of professional identity.Firstly,through the literature research method,the measurement scale and questionnaire of grass-roots civil servants’ professional identity and work input are compiled,and the corresponding questionnaire is designed.257 questionnaires collected passed the reliability and validity test.Secondly,using correlation and regression analysis,it is concluded that there is a positive correlation between professional identity and work input,and the linear regression equation of work input is obtained.Thirdly,using descriptive statistical analysis,it is concluded that the professional identity of grass-roots civil servants in Qingdao is at a medium level,and value identity > development identity > behavior identity.Using independent t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance,this study analyzes the individual differences of professional identity.It is found that there are significant differences in the overall professional identity of grass-roots civil servants only in the number of training and job achievement,and there are no significant differences in other individual characteristics.Some dimensions of professional identity are in age,education,length of service,administrative level,job category,actual monthly income there are significant differences in training times and job achievement,but there are no significant differences in gender and marital status.Finally,combined with the questionnaire survey results,in-depth interviews were conducted to further explore the factors restricting the professional identity level of grass-roots civil servants in Qingdao,mainly focusing on four aspects: low sense of work achievement,insufficient incentive and restraint,narrow development space and insufficient training and education.On this basis,this paper proposes that we should improve the professional identity from the following aspects:increasing the sense of work achievement to strengthen value identity,optimizing incentives and constraints to improve behavior identity,improving the development mechanism to expand development space,and improving the training system to improve development ability. |
