Research On The Application Of E-government System In S Service Hall

With the continuous development of China's economy and society,the requirements of enterprises and people for social management are also constantly upgrading.As a special social organization,the government undertakes the important responsibility of social management and service.Its ruling ability plays a very important role in government management and even the development of the whole society.The continuous development of information technology provides a highly efficient and safe means for government management.If we can effectively use information technology and use more efficient means to increase the innovation of administrative management,we can provide more quality public services for enterprises and the general public,and achieve the optimization of public management services.Based on the theory of e-government,this paper uses the methods of literature study,case study and qualitative analysis to collate and analyze the development process and basic data of E-government application system of S City Service Hall.It is found that E-government construction of S City Service Hall has made a lot of progress in recent years.However,due to the misunderstanding of e-government,unreasonable operation mechanism,unsound security system and unreasonable allocation of funds,there are also shortages of scientific positioning,resources to be integrated,evaluation schemes,one-stop functions and professional personnel.In the service hall of S City,there are many obstacles to the application of e-government.In view of the above-mentioned problems and reasons,combined with their own knowledge,from the operation mechanism is unreasonable,the security system is not perfect,the relevant system is not perfect and the allocation of funds is unreasonable and several aspects of the corresponding improvement countermeasures,and ultimately effectively improve the management level and efficiency of E-government in S city,so as to facilitate the E-government system In the government service management to get better application,but also for other cities to strengthen the construction of e-government to provide some new ideas.
