Under the background of the information age,China's volunteer service is developing rapidly.Under the demand of volunteer service and volunteer information management,volunteer information management platform arises at the historic moment.The rapid rise of China's volunteer service and volunteer information management platform shows a good future for the future of volunteerism in the direction of information management.This paper studies the volunteer information management platform.From the perspective of users,this paper discusses the factors that affect the adoption of the volunteers' intention to use the platform.Based on the research of the related literature at home and abroad,and based on TAM,TPB and TRA,the introduction of the task technology fit and peer effect two Study on the construction of the model variables.Through the design and investigation of the questionnaire,the relevant data were obtained and analyzed with SPSS software.The empirical results show that: perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use and peer effects all have significant positive influences on volunteers use intention,task matching degree is influenced by perceived usefulness to exert indirect effects;perceived ease of use has positive influence on perceived usefulness;has positive impact of peer effect also on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease.Finally,based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures for how to continue to expand user scale and improve user acceptance with volunteer information management platform,so as to promote the development of related public service information management.
