Research On Promoting The Construction Path Of New Rural Public Security Prevention And Control System

Social security involves the stability of the sustainable development of the country and society,especially in the important stage when the party and the country are paying more and more attention to the comprehensive construction of a new socialist countryside,and accelerating the establishment of regional,especially rural social security prevention and control systems.It is very critical and necessary.In the current process of building a new countryside,it is urgent to build a new rural social security prevention and control system based on emerging new problems and new situations.In order to improve the ability of public security management in new rural areas,it has important practical significance for maintaining social stability in rural areas and establishing a public security prevention and control system.Create a complete set of processes for monitoring,management and control of new rural security.On the basis of improving the level of public security,we will complete the stability of rural areas,promote the harmonious coexistence of villagers,and reduce the incidence of crime.On the basis of combing and summarizing a large number of documents,this paper starts from the three social security theories of "broken windows" theory,"three evaluations" and "criminal necessity theory",starting from the actual situation of public security prevention and control in rural communities in Wenjiang District.In-depth study on rural social security prevention and control work in Wenjiang District of Chengdu City,analyzing the status quo of Wenjiang District's prevention and control layout and prevention and control strategy,and studying the difficulties faced by rural social security prevention and control work in Wenjiang District of Chengdu and responding to it The overall governance mechanism established by this kind of challenge finally puts forward three suggestions for clearing the main body prevention responsibility,establishing a sound prevention mechanism,strengthening preventive measures and prevention awareness for the problems existing in Wenjiang District.On this basis,it is constructed in accordance with the rural suburbs of Chengdu.The practical and operational social security prevention and control co-governance model further enriches the application fields of the overall governance theory,and provides lessons for strengthening the construction of rural social security prevention and control mechanisms.From the perspective of public security prevention,the rural harmony degree is improved,and the Chengdu government provides a reference to the public security paradigm of rural comprehensive governance,and to a certain extent enriches the theoretical and practical research of public security management.
