Research On The Influence Of Taiwan'S Local Politics On Community Construction

The community is the basic public area of the people's life activities,and it's also the basic unit of social basic governance.China is in the transition stage of community governance,it urgently needs innovation of governance concepts and methods.The community construction in the Taiwan has gone through half a century of development since the community development plan in 1965 to the overall community building plan in 1994.It has achieved fruitful results and created many remarkable success stories.Therefore,the road to community transformation in Taiwan can provide a certain reference for the innovation of community governance in the mainland.The dissertation cuts in from the perspective of political science and studies the influence of local politics in Taiwan on the community.This article will focus on the relationship between community building and community external politics,focusing specifically on the influence of Taiwan local government organizations,local factions,and local ethnic group identity on the community.The model of cooperation between the village and the community,the involvement of local factionalism to create resources,the inheritance of ethnic identity on traditional ethnic culture,the bottom-up mechanism,and the diversification of participants are the successful practical experiences in Taiwan's community building.However,the unfinished issues of Taiwan's community in its long-term development cannot be ignored.For example,election politics involves the creation of communities,which makes community organizations become local factions and “legs” for the election of local political figures,which distorts the functions of the community.In addition,unbalanced development and serious differentiation among communities are also major problems.From the perspective of the community building experience in Taiwan,we must look at the actual conditions of the mainland community and base on the institutional advantages of the mainland.We must combine the actual conditions of the mainland communities and based on the institutional advantages of China's mainland: First,the intervention of the grassroots government organizations in the community cannot be shaken,but the role of the government should be led by the dominant.Second,we should pay attention to the ethnic identity of multi-ethnic communities.Third,we should explore the mechanism of multi-cooperative community governance and build a sustainable community.
