Study On The Supply And Demand Of Old-Age Services In Hongkou District Of Shanghai

With the aggravation of population aging and the gradual weakening of homebased pension function in China,a series of problems caused by aging are gradually infiltrating into the society.The rapid growth of the demand for pension services does not match the social resources,resulting in a series of contradictions between supply and demand of pension services,which has gradually become an important factor restricting economic and social development.The government is facing many problems,such as rational allocation of pension service resources,construction of pension service facilities and development of pension industry.From the experience of some developed countries,in order to reduce and solve the contradiction between supply and demand of pension services,countries have solved the problem by marketing and industrialization of pension services.However,due to the relatively backward pension service model in China,the pension industry is still in its infancy,and the supporting policies have not been established,which can not directly follow the practices of developed countries.How to effectively cope with and alleviate the shortcomings and shortcomings of the current pension service industry,protect the legitimate interests of the elderly,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and ease the contradiction between supply and demand for the elderly under the existing resources and modes,is a theoretical and practical topic in the process of the construction of the pension service in China.This paper attempts to digitally display the elderly's demand for old-age services in Hongkou District of Shanghai by means of literature research,questionnaires,case studies,and questionnaires and interview survey data,based on the premise of the main body of old-age services(family,community and institutions)and the actual supply and demand situation of the elderly,guided by comprehensive production theory,supply and demand theory and social development welfare theory.The actual situation of supply and demand.Through comparison and analysis,it is found that the contradiction between supply and demand of old-age services mainly lies in the fact that the supply level of old-age services is generally lower than the demand level,and the relative demand of some old-age services is excessive.This paper analyses the main causes of the contradiction,including the slow transformation of government and social pension services,insufficient investigation of pension needs,the need to improve the ability of pension services and the lack of pension service personnel.In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of the old-age service and explore the construction of the old-age service model in line with the current situation of China and the development of Hongkou District in Shanghai,this paper puts forward some concrete measures such as "strengthening the investigation of the demand for the old-age service,improving the overall supply level of the old-age service,enhancing the ability of the old-age service,promoting and building the marketization of the old-age service through various channels,and establishing a normal talent training system for the Suggestions and countermeasures.
