Discussion On Special Police Physical Ability And Police Skill And Tactics Training In Nanjing Public Security Bureau

As a fist force to maintain stability and handle emergencies,swat plays a decisive role in fighting crime,patrol control and improving combat effectiveness.At present,there is no close connection between the physical training of Nanjing police special police and the police technical and tactical training,and there are some problems in the training process.By using the methods of documentary,logical analysis,field investigation,observation,test and interview,this paper tries to investigate and study the content system,personnel composition and training site of the physical ability and police technical and tactical training of the special police detachment of Nanjing municipal public security bureau.The results showed that the training system of Nanjing police special police was not scientific enough and the training methods were dull and monotonous.Physical skill training the current infrastructure construction is weak,training site resources are insufficient;At present,the special police of Nanjing public security has a weak faculty and scarce human resources.The system and mechanism are not sound enough.The following Suggestions are put forward to solve the problems: First,the scientific innovation training system,the training content must be more systematic and comprehensive,vigorously carries on the classification training;Second,we should improve the guarantee of training facilities,increase financial input,ensure the material basis for organizing and carrying out training,and vigorously strengthen the construction and investment of physical training venues and equipment;Third,strengthen the ranks of instructors,improve the quality of instructors,carry out the grading work of instructors,and strengthen the guarantee of the ranks of instructors;Fourth,optimize various systems and mechanisms,innovate the assessment content,strengthen the daily theoretical training,improve the training interest of the police,explore a new training system,improve the overall combat capability.
