On The Optimization Of Investigation Mode Against Cyber Financial Crimes In The Context Of Big Data

In view of the current difficult and rampant cyber financial crimes,we proposed a solution from the perspective of investigation mode.Different from previous papers,we tried to start from methodology,basic principles and basic theories of criminal investigation,thereby we believe micro adjustment of detection strategy is far from enough.We believe it necessary to input big-data way of thinking and methods into crime strike.Through systematically analyzing the root defects of current cyber financial crime investigation modes,we put forward the basic framework for its optimizing way.This paper is divided into five chapters.Firstly,We spend adequate time presenting the current articles in this field from the perspective of procedural law and the perspective of technical methodology.Secondly,by utilizing basic mathematical statistics and logical analysis methods,we have introduced the concept,types and characteristics of cyber financial crimes in detail.Based on which we believe cyber financial crimes have posed a broader challenge to the principles of criminal investigation compared to traditional kinds.Thirdly,from the perspective of history and reality,this paper analyzed the reason why the former investigation mode failed to satisfied the current needs.Then,the necessity and feasibility of optimization under the background of big data are discussed.According to our core opinion,we need to focus on two aspects before designing investigation countermeasures.The first is whether our thinking is scientific in face of cyber financial crimes,and the second is whether the investigation mode we chose would satisfy the needs of cracking down on crimes.In view of this,three key new investigation thinking modes and four optimized investigation modes were proposed.Finally,under the new investigation mode,some opinions on the adjustment of investigation countermeasures of network marketing crimes was put forward at the end of the article.Thus comes our comparison and the universality analyse between the optimized and traditional investigation modes against cyber financial crimes.
