Data Investigation Research On Difficult Homicide Cases

The murder case is a serious violation or even deprivation of the victim's right to life.In all criminal cases,the murder is the most harmful.The murder case is a long-term investigation and long-term undetectable murder case.The social impact caused by it is more extensive and profound,and even becomes an important factor affecting social security and stability.The detection of the murder case can not only enable the suspect to get it.The punishment can also eliminate the adverse effects brought by the accumulation of cases on the society,achieve the organic unity of legal effects and social effects,and ultimately achieve a harmonious and orderly development of society.The detection of the murder case has always been a difficult problem for the public security organs to overcome.The traditional methods of investigation are faced with various difficulties in the process of detecting murders.In today's society where science and technology are developing rapidly,data has been widely used in the field of criminal investigation,and data detection methods are introduced.The detection of homicide cases can solve the bottleneck problem of traditional investigation methods in a timely manner.Therefore,based on the analysis of the traditional murder case investigation method,this paper proposes a data investigation mode,resolves the problems encountered in the investigation of the murder case,and realizes the successful detection of the murder case.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,research ideas,methods and domestic research status.The second part introduces the core concepts of murder case and data investigation,and theoretically discusses the data investigation research basis of the murder case.The third part introduces the characteristics and causes of the murder case and the application basis of data investigation.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the traditional dilemma of murder investigation.The fifth part is based on the traditional investigation mode,using the data detection mode to solve the problem of murder case accumulation,in order to better serve the detection of the murder case.
