Research On The Stage And Influencing Factors Of The Pioneering Work Of The Migrants From The Three Gorges

China is a country with the largest number of immigrants,including new urban migrants(migrant workers),reservoir migrants,ecological migrants,Three Gorges migrants and so on.Urban migrants(migrant workers)alone reached 287 million people in 2017,all kinds of social problems caused by immigrants that have received wide attention.Among them,the Three Gorges Resettlement Project has a long history,a large scale,a large number of people involved and a special nature,which attracts the attention of domestic scholars.By searching "Three Gorges Immigrants" in How Net,937 related journal documents were found,of which 342 were core journal documents.At present,most of the research on the Three Gorges immigration is mainly about the social integration of the Three Gorges immigrants,language research,living conditions research and so on.Some scholars believe that immigrants' expectation of future life is the most significant among the main factors affecting the sense of belonging of the Three Gorges immigrants.The development of entrepreneurship not only caters to the expectations of migrants for their future life,but also has an extremely important impact on the social integration of migrants in the Three Gorges.This paper investigates the Three Gorges migrants in Zhaoqing GX District by observing,documentation and interviewing methods,and studies the stage of their entrepreneurship from the perspective of life cycle theory.At the same time,we collect relevant data about the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges migrants in Zhaoqing GX area,and analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of the entrepreneurship of the migrants in Zhaoqing GX area.Based on the empirical study on the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges migrants and the related theories of the entrepreneurship of migrants,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the development of entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants presents the characteristics of life cycle.Starting from the stage characteristics of migrants' entrepreneurship development,and comparing with the international and domestic migrants' entrepreneurship development stages and their characteristics,this paper puts forward the division of the entrepreneurship life cycle of migrants in the Three Gorges: pre-entrepreneurship stage(embryonic stage),early entrepreneurship stage(initial stage),entrepreneurship growth stage and entrepreneurship transition stage,and systematically analyses the characteristics and influencing factors of each stage.Secondly,in the four stages of the Three Gorges migrants' entrepreneurship life cycle,the main obstacles affecting migrants' entrepreneurship are: lack of entrepreneurial skills and ability,social network and personal qualities of migrants.The key factors affecting the success of migrants' entrepreneurship are: the advantages of migrants' gathering place,opportunities of social environment,export-oriented social network,the improvement of individual quality of migrants,and the increase of family wealth.Thirdly,the Three Gorges immigrants make use of their own immigration advantages to achieve entrepreneurship development.Social environment,social network and advantages of migrants' gathering place play an important role in the process of migrants' entrepreneurship development.In the early stage of migration,the Three Gorges migrants made full use of the resource advantages of the migration gathering areas,strengthened the internal relationship network,and carried out survival-oriented entrepreneurship,and achieved good results.In the process of development,the advantages of social environment,the advantages of immigrant gathering places,the construction of external social network and the improvement of the quality of immigrant groups have jointly promoted the development of the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants,and gradually realized the transformation of the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants.Fourthly,the second generation of immigrants has become an important subject in the transformation of entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges migrants.According to the basic information data of the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants in the transition period of entrepreneurship,the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants in the transition period and the types and forms of entrepreneurship is further analyzed.Data analysis shows that there is a significant correlation between gender,education level and entrepreneurial types and forms among migrant entrepreneurs in the Three Gorges.There is a significant correlation between age and the type of entrepreneurship.The reasons for the differences in age and cultural level are related to the intergenerational development of the Three Gorges immigrants,so it is concluded that the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants has intergenerational characteristics.As a generation growing up in the immigration area,the second generation of immigrants has a higher educational level and a more extroverted social network.The advantages of age,education level,social capital and personal quality make them different from the immigrant generation in the type of entrepreneurship and operation,and have a stronger competitive advantage.The main innovations of this study are as follows: First of all,participatory observation.As a member of the Three Gorges immigrants,the author has witnessed the process of their entrepreneurship development.At the same time,he has been engaged in the management of the Three Gorges immigrant community for nine years,and has the congenital condition of participatory observation of the entrepreneurship development of the Three Gorges immigrants.Secondly,we should broaden our research horizons,guided by the theory of enterprise life cycle and the theory of international migrant entrepreneurship.Starting with the theories of enterprise life cycle and international migrant entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward the life cycle of migrant entrepreneurship in the Three Gorges,analyses and summarizes the characteristics of entrepreneurship development,the main obstacles affecting migrant entrepreneurship and the influencing factors of success,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for migrant entrepreneurship.Through this study,I hope to make some case supplements to the existing research on the entrepreneurship of the Three Gorges immigrants and help them develop their entrepreneurship.Finally,detailed basic data are used to analyze the entrepreneurship groups of the Three Gorges immigrants.Because of the convenience of work,there is an opportunity to collect the real basic data of the Three Gorges migrants' entrepreneurship for data analysis and draw valuable conclusions.
