Study On The Party Building In Sichuan In The Early Days After The Founding Of PRC

Party building runs through the whole historical process of revolution,construction and reform led by the CPC.At present,there are relatively few books at home and abroad specializing in the practice process of party building in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.In general terms,the existing achievements,for the work of the party's construction under the specific historical context in the early days after foundation of carrying out a research into the process,results and enlightenment is still inadequate,especially to the local society has its own characteristics of the urban and rural grassroots party construction of logic and its historical background,the research on the effects of inside and outside,there are many can continue to deepen the exploration and investigation.As the last liberated region in China,the party building path in Sichuan not only inherits the fine tradition and working methods of the old liberated areas,but also has to adjust the party building policy and strategy according to the actual needs of the new liberated areas.At the end of 1949,after the party led the people of Sichuan to usher in the comprehensive liberation,they were faced with an extremely complicated political and economic environment.Under the dual tasks of consolidating the political power and resuming the development,the CPC quickly and pertinently carried out self-construction.Represented by Daxian region in northeast Sichuan,the activities of clearing up and rectifying the underground party members are closely intertwined with the heavy construction work of the new district.In this process,the CPC should not only rapidly absorb and recruit party members,carry out organizational construction and expand its ruling base,but also strengthen organizational rectification and adapt to the shift of work focus.The party building work in the Daxian region is an epitome of the party building work in Sichuan and even the whole country.On the one hand,the Daxian region is different from other newly liberated areas with weak revolutionary foundation in Sichuan.It has a fine revolutionary tradition and retains a certain number of grassroots party organizations and underground party members at the beginning of the founding of the PRC.On the other hand,compared with the traditional liberated areas,the number of underground party members in the Daxian region is not large,but due to its complex identity background and special revolutionary experience,objectively requires the party organization to pay attention to the process of party construction,and to do a targeted cleaning and rectification work.Therefore,this paper defines the northeastern Sichuan Daxian as a sub-new area,and studies the party construction work around this areas,making full use of the provincial archives not published documents,through the analysis of the CPC party construction in Daxian region background and dilemma,how to identify the underground party members,cadres lack of solving on the CPC and party members and cadres group education to adapt to the new situation in depth,and sum up the party's construction of the main policies in specific areas of the ground.At the same time,this paper also studies the CPC in Daxian region and its similar "sub-new area ",how to work around the center work and steps in the course of the party's construction,and the resulting imbalance in the campaign of strategy is analyzed and summarized,in order to early Sichuan background,principles and policies of the CPC party construction of specific area,a comprehensive analysis and investigation practice process and its characteristics.Through several years of party building work,the CPC cleaned out the dissenting elements in the "sub-new area" such as Daxian region,promoted the political consciousness and ideological consciousness of party members,and cultivated a large number of qualified cadres for the party's cause.In particular,through intensive education and training,party members and cadres have deepened their understanding of the nature and goals of the party,identified the way forward in the future,and basically reversed the once existed relaxed "shift" thinking.However,there are also many problems in the process of party building in this region.For example,in the aspect of policy grasp,the side effects of the policy are not fully predicted,the tolerance of old personnel and the struggle for democratic personages are not fully publicized and explained,which leads to the misunderstanding of some party members and cadres.In the course of the education and training of party members and cadres,the class position was overemphasized,so that contradictions and problems in family life were politicized,which also foreshadowed some "left" thoughts in the exploration period of socialist construction.Finally,this paper summarizes the great changes at the beginning of the founding of the historical position of the cases,the party construction work in the specific geographical social experiences,lessons and contemporary enlightenment,this for us today in the new era under the
