Research On The Party Building Of State Owned Enterprises In The Early Days Of The Founding Of New China

The Party building in state-owned enterprises in the early days of the founding of new China is an important stage in the historical process of Party building in state-owned enterprises,which can’t be ignored and denied,and plays a fundamental role in many aspects.During this period,the Party building in state-owned enterprises was highly valued,comprehensive,rich in content,remarkable in effect and far-reaching,shaping the basic pattern of Party building in state-owned enterprises in the next few decades.In the key stage of comprehensively deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and comprehensively strengthening the Party building of state-owned enterprises,systematically combing the historical process of Party building of state-owned enterprises in the early period of new China,and seriously summarizing the experience and lessons of Party building of state-owned enterprises in this period will help to provide historical basis and enlightenment for strengthening and improving the Party’s leadership over state-owned enterprises and strengthening and improving the Party building of state-owned enterprises in the new era.Therefore,this study tries to break through the limitations of previous studies which mainly focus on the enterprise leadership system and tend to the macro perspective.By combining the macro and micro,history and reality,this paper analyzes the background and content of Party building in state-owned enterprises in this period,and tries to summarize the characteristics,achievements and shortcomings,and then summarizes some suggestions.This paper is divided into three parts:The first chapter analyzes the practice of Party building in public enterprises during the period of democratic revolution,the development of state-owned enterprises after liberation,the foundation of Party building in enterprises,and the significance of state-owned enterprises to the ruling and founding of the CPC.From the perspective of history,reality and theory,this paper discusses the historical origin and realistic factors of the CPC’s promotion of Party building in state-owned enterprises in the early days of the founding of new China.The second chapter studies the content of state-owned party building in the early days of the founding of new China.The construction of leadership system has gone through the exploration and evolution from the coexistence of two leadership modes to the full implementation of the factory director responsibility system,and finally to the establishment of the factory director responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee.Organization construction includes the key development and political education of workers’ Party members,the establishment and improvement of Party organizations at all levels in enterprises,and the training of cadres.With the establishment and improvement of enterprise discipline inspection institutions,discipline construction has been steadily promoted,which provides an important guarantee for the purity of Party style,the seriousness of Party discipline,and the smooth completion of national and enterprise production tasks.Propaganda work is based on perfect propaganda organization and rich propaganda forms,serving the central task of the Party and the state,which has always been the key content of Party building in enterprises.The third part studies the characteristics,achievements and limitations.During this period,the Party building in state-owned enterprises closely focused on the central task of the Party and the state,attached great importance to the construction of the Party’s leadership system in enterprises,and carried out political movements in the way of work.The active promotion of Party building in state-owned enterprises has consolidated the leading position of the Party in politics and consolidated the ruling foundation;in economy,it has provided support for promoting the economic development of enterprises,restoring the national economic order and the transformation of capitalist industry and commerce.However,the leadership system of the Party in state-owned enterprises needs to be further improved,and the work of Party building needs to be further scientific.On this basis,combined with the requirements of the reform of state-owned enterprises in the new era,the general plan of Party building in state-owned enterprises,and the layout of Party building,this paper summarizes the experience and enlightenment.First of all,the party building of state-owned enterprises in the new era should correctly handle the relationship between the party and other governance subjects of enterprises,so as to ensure that the party’s leadership position will not waver.Secondly,we should promote the party’s work embedded in the development of enterprises,so as to solve the "suspension" dilemma of Party building in state-owned enterprises.Third,we should strengthen the education and management of Party members and cadres,and lead the governance of state-owned enterprises with the party building.
