The Research On The Performing Duty Of Directly-Elected NPC Representatives

The people's congress system is China's fundamental political system,and the NPC deputies play a pivotal role in it.According to the relevant legal procedures in China,NPC deputies are democratically elected and represent the people to exercise state power within the scope permitted by laws and regulations.This shows the importance of the NPC deputies' effective performance of their duties.At the same time,compared with the indirect elections of provincial and municipal people's congress representatives,direct elections to NPC deputies can directly reflect democratic principles such as democracy and universality,because direct elections are an important way to directly express the interests of voters and the broad masses of the people.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the direct performance of the NPC deputies to perform their duties effectively.Therefore,in order to further explore and analyze the issue of the performance of the direct election of the NPC deputies in China,this paper will mainly focus on the county-level people's congress representatives,trying to discover and analyze what problems existed during their performance as NPC deputies,and then analyze the specifics.The reason and propose relevant countermeasures.In order to analyze the problem more in place,this paper combines theory with practice to explore and analyze.First of all,it sorts out the relevant theories of direct election of deputies to the NPC,and provides relevant theoretical support for the direct election of NPC deputies in the performance of their duties.On the basis of relevant theories,it analyzes the relationship between the practice of direct election of deputies and the related theories.Then,return to the research object of this article-X County People's Congress representative.Secondly,this paper will use the method of questionnaire survey to select the performance of the NPC deputies in X County as the research content,so that it can provide ideas for the later writing.After understanding the job responsibilities of the direct election of the NPC deputies in China,on the basis of this,the current status of the X County People's Congress representatives' interpretation of the current situation is interpreted and analyzed,and attempts to point out the problems that actually exist in the performance of their duties.Thirdly,in response to these problems,this paper also deeply analyzes the reasons for this situation,such as subjective reasons such as the low comprehensive quality of some directly elected people's congress representatives,and may also have reasons such as imperfect laws and regulations and imperfect electoral systems.These may affect The effect of direct election of NPC deputies has also directly affected the implementation of people'srights and interests.There is still an important factor,and the grass-roots related security system has not been established.This has led to the lack of relevant guarantee systems and the motivation for active performance of direct elections.Finally,according to the analysis of the current X County NPC deputies' performance and reasons,the relevant countermeasures with constructive and practical operability are proposed.This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the performance of X County People's Congress representatives,and draws on relevant research experience to systematically study the performance of direct election of NPC deputies,analyzes the targeted factors and proposes countermeasures.However,because the content of the direct election of the NPC deputies is relatively broad,there are interdisciplinary disciplines,and the author's own academic level is limited,it is difficult to conduct accurate analysis on some issues.All in all,there is still a long way to go to directly study the performance of the NPC deputies.
