Anti-poverty Theory And Practice Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening-up

The yearning for a better and happy life is the ambitious goal of human beings.However,poverty has become the biggest obstacle in the journey to achieve this goal and an unavoidable realistic issue in today's society.Both developed countries in Europe,America and Asia,Africa and Latin America have spared no effort in fighting poverty,and China is no exception.Since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China has led the people of the whole country to wage a resolute struggle against poverty,created one miracle after another in the history of anti-poverty,formed a series of rich anti-poverty theories,and walked out of a road of anti-poverty with Chinese characteristics.This paper combs and summarizes the sources,contents and characteristics of China's anti-poverty theory since the reform and opening up,and combines with the latest development characteristics of anti-poverty,under the guidance of Marxism,probes into the possibility of China's current anti-poverty approach to a certain extent.After analysing the capitalist society,Marx and Engels pointed out that the reason for the poverty of the proletariat was the capitalist system,and put forward that the fundamental way out for the proletariat to get rid of poverty was to overthrow the capitalist system and establish the socialist system.According to the poverty situation in Russia,Lenin explored the methods and Strategies of shaking off poverty by establishing a social system on the basis of backward economy and culture,and put forward that developing productive forces is the fundamental way to combat poverty.Under the guidance of Marx-Lenin's anti-poverty thought,the first generation of leading collectives with Mao Zedong as the core fought tenaciously against poverty in New China,leaving valuable anti-poverty experience.After the reform and opening up,several generations of state leaders of the Party put forward targeted and innovative Anti-Poverty Strategies and measures according to the development and changes of the times,forming a unique anti-poverty theory.These anti-poverty theories are based on the anti-poverty thoughts of Marx,Lenin and Mao Zedong,and on the development trend of anti-poverty in China.They regard common prosperity as their ultimate goal,and formulate different phased goals and tasks from facts.They not only adhere to the leadership of the Party,but also safeguard the people's principal position.They attach importance to the liberation and development of productive forces,but also consciously use the defense.Proof method.It is with the joint efforts of the Party and the government that China's anti-poverty cause has achieved great success.However,the reality that there are still 40 million poor people forces us to recognize the status quo,calm analysis and calm response.Marxism occupies a dominant position in the ideological field of our country and is the basic guiding ideology of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,when the anti-poverty work enters a critical period,we should learn from the experience and lessons of the past under the guidance of Marxism and seek the way out and the future of the anti-poverty work in the new era.Based on the three perspectives of the liberation and development of productive forces,the improvement and development of people's anti-poverty enthusiasm,and the innovation of anti-poverty system,this paper explores the possible approaches of anti-poverty work in China at present,aiming at contributing a little to the anti-poverty cause in China.
