Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Investigation Of Network Sale Of Gun Crimes

With the rapid development of the Internet,the Internet has become an indispensable part of people's daily life.At the same time,the Internet crime is also increasing,among which the crime involving guns on the Internet is one of them.Because of the concealment and convenience of the network,it is quite different from the traditional gun-related crime,which has caused great harm to social stability.Based on the investigation of cyber-gunrelated crimes,this paper points out the problems existing in the investigation methods of cyber-gun-related crimes from its own characteristics and current situation,and makes a concrete analysis of the reasons.Finally,it puts forward the perfect scheme of the investigation of cyber-gun-related crimes from four aspects.The details are as follows:The first chapter is an overview of the investigation of cyber-gun-related crimes.Starting from the concept of cyber-gun-related crime,the author explores the characteristics of cyber-gun-related crime,such as strong concealment,wide coverage,transnational nature,complex criminal links,poor controllability and low cost of crime,and then analyses the current situation and harm of cyber-gun-related crime.Then,through some cases,the author points out the relationship between cyber-gun-related crimes and related crimes.On the basis of theory,the author analyses the current situation of cybergun-related crimes investigation,and provides the basis for the following explanation of the existing problems and causes.The second chapter is about the problems and reasons of the investigation methods of cyber-gun-related crimes.The author points out some problems existing in the investigation methods of cyber-gun-related crimes from the perspective of the process of investigation and evidence collection and the cooperation of case investigation.Then,aiming at these problems,the author finds out and analyses the reasons at the level of legislation,investigation and case handling mechanism and technical equipment respectively.By finding out the problems and analyzing the reasons,we can lay the groundwork for the following solutions.The third chapter is about the improvement of the investigation scheme of cyber-gunrelated crimes.Based on the analysis of the problems and causes in the investigation of cyber-gun-related crimes,the author puts forward corresponding solutions: to establish a platform for information sharing in cyber-gun-related crimes;to strengthen network and logistics supervision to strengthen the results of investigation;at the same time,to improve the system of cyber-supervision,strengthen Department linkage,inspection and other aspects.To strengthen the prevention and control of cyber-gun-related crime;to improve the cooperation mechanism of cyber-gun-related crime investigation and evidence collection,to improve the basic professional ability of the case handlers and the ability to extract evidence in the process of solving the case,and to establish and improve the relevant provisions of the collaborative extraction of evidence in cyber-gun-related crime cases,so as to provide some reference for the investigation of cyber-gun-related crime cases at present.
