| Legal aid system is for the sake of economic difficulties of citizens as well as special cases of access to legal services and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties,the legal service mainly includes the generation of writing legal documents,case consulting(including visiting and telephone consultation),criminal defense and civil agent,etc.,the most important thing is that the legal services are free legal service.Legal aid system is to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties to get fair and just treatment and safeguard the system of social harmony and stable development.Nowadays,with the high attention of the state,many provinces and cities in China have gradually expanded the coverage of legal aid so that the system can be better implemented and the quality standards of legal services can be improved to provide better legal services for recipients.All provinces and cities uphold the good attitude of carrying out legal aid work and the belief of implementing the regulations on legal aid in place,and have made great efforts for this work.However,in the face of the increasing demand for legal aid services from the people with difficulties,there are still some problems such as incomplete guarantee mechanism,insufficient scope of assistance,lack of supervision mechanism and the need to improve the quality of legal aid,among which the improvement of the quality of legal aid is the top priority.China's legal aid service is mainly divided into three parts: civil,criminal and administrative.The civil legal aid service is the most close to people's livelihood and the most urgent need.As the research point of this paper,G city legal aid center is located in guizhou province,a multi-ethnic province in southwest China.Due to the lack of economic development and social development in the western region,the western region lags behind other regions in terms of human,financial and material resources.Therefore,the development of legal aid in the western region is bound to be limited by the lack of human,financial and material resources.Compared with the resource-rich eastern region and the developed central region,there is bound to be a big gap in the development of legal aid.In order to fundamentally change this situation,the legal aid center of G city,guizhou province,located in southwest China,must be at the forefront of reform,learn from domestic advanced and foreign mature legal aid work experience and practices,and strive to narrow the gap with the central and eastern regions.Since the civil legal aid work is closer to life,maintaining social stability is the purpose of the civil legal aid work,and how to better implement the civil legal aid system is the core of the work,so this paper studies the implementation of the civil legal aid system.The investigation of civil legal aid cases of legal aid center of G city is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction,which simply describes the reason and significance of the topic,paving the way for the writing of the following article.The second part is the description of the basic situation of the research,including the reasons,process and methods of selecting the research site.The third part is the collation and analysis of research data.Through the investigation and analysis of legal aid cases of G city legal aid center from 2015 to 2017,relevant data are obtained to provide data support for the writing of the following article.The fourth part summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of civil legal aid system in G city legal aid center through the data in the third part.The fifth part puts forward some Suggestions on how to improve the implementation of the civil legal aid system in G city legal aid center.The sixth part is the conclusion,the expectation of better implementation of G civil affairs legal aid system. |
