Study On The Service Of Taian Community Day Care Centre

With the development of aging population in China,how to provide better old-age service for the elderly has become the focus of attention from all walks of life in our country.As a kind of Community day care center developed under the mode of providing for the aged at home,the Community day care center began to emerge in China,and was gradually recognized by all walks of life in the society.However,due to the deficiencies in service content,resources,cooperation mechanism and so on,the quality of services provided by Community day care centres for the elderly is not satisfactory.Based on the above reasons,this paper uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and analyze the present situation and existing problems of the old-age service in eight Community day care centers in Taian,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the analysis results.This paper mainly from the Community day care center infrastructure,related staff,basic services,the establishment of cooperation mechanism,the introduction of social pension institutions,the government to provide financial support and other six aspects of the Taian Community day care center service status of the investigation and exploration.An analysis of the current status of services in Community care centres found that eight day care centres were equipped with basic hardware facilities and related staff,as well as basic services for the elderly,as well as individual cooperation mechanisms with hospitals and social pension institutions,and the use of government funds to support the operation and development of Community day care centres.However,there are also problems in the above eight Community day care centres,including the lack of professionalism in the services of Community day care centres,the lack of a social support system and the inadequate supervision of day care centres by the government.According to the present situation and existing problems of Community day care center services in Taian,the following countermeasures are put forward: first,to improve the quality of service in Community day care centres,including improving infrastructure construction,enriching the content of services and equipping adequate professional elderly service personnel,and second,the Government to strengthen support for Community day care centres,Including broadening the source of funds and encouraging multiple subjects to participate in old-age services,and third,the government has stepped up supervision,including the establishmentof a unified service standard and a sound information feedback system.
