Research On Military Science And Technology Reports In China From The Perspective Of Political Communication

China's military as our country's hard power,its importance is highlighted year by year.The world is not peaceful.The term "military science and technology"has been mentioned many times in China's national defense field.At the same time,the media has also increased the coverage of this field.Limited by the secrecy and extreme importance of military technology,the audience's understanding of this field mainly comes from media reports.Under the guidance of the political communication theory,this paper takes the military science and technology report in the authoritative military website "China military network" as the research object,in order to discuss the changes in the construction of China's military image by the mainstream media in China and further discuss the political significance of these changes.In February 2014-in October 2018,the Chinese military network technology sector in military science and technology news report sample finishing,reported around the theme,the source is analyzed,and the problem of tendency to explore the influence factors of the change,on the basis of further analysis of China's military change and significance of the image,points out the problems existing in the military technology report,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,for our country in the mainstream media in the field of military technology report provides some reference Suggestions.This study found that between 2011 and 2014,the number of military science and technology news reports on China's military network was very small,which was closely related to China's foreign policy of "keeping a low profile".Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the international situation has been turbulent,the external environment has changed dramatically,and China's territorial and territorial sea sovereignty has been violated and interfered in.Therefore,it is particularly necessary for China to actively transform its foreign military policy and strengthen its military hard power,especially the propaganda and reports on military science and technology,so as to realize the significance of strategic rejection.After 2014,the Chinese military network of military science and technology news marked increase in the number of reported,especially in the past two years show explosive growth,China's military image from the ability to face the infringement does not shy away from "self-defence" image to the "dual-track approach" as the principle in dealing with international affairs,and always adhere to the neighboring countries under the "area" framework cooperation,advocating world peace and development,to create a "community of destiny",to "responsible" power of the image to the international spread of positive energy,and contribution to promote friendly exchanges between the international forces in China.This study is not limited to the study of news itself,but also reflects on how to build the national core interests through the media in the future,and how to adjust the media reporting strategies:first,take the initiative and turn the passive into active.Starting from the frequency of news reports,this paper aims to ensure the exposure rate of China's military science and technology news related topics,and ensure that the information indicating China's attitude in the international communication system has a reasonable flow of information to better convey China's position.At the same time,the information source should be enriched to enhance the acceptance and authority of information.Secondly,information reporting should be based on authoritative information sources.On the premise of ensuring the authenticity of information sources,the diversity of information sources should be improved.Finally,we will build a close bridge between China and the international community,so that we can share weal and woe,advance and retreat together,and develop a sense of responsibility for global governance.Through the above news reporting strategies,China will be built into a "responsible power" with the purpose of safeguarding national interests and the responsibility of safeguarding world peace and development,so as to further improve China's discourse status in the international community.Looking at the current international situation,countries are no longer limited to the contest between economic,military and other hard powers,but focus on the "power of words" to expand the contest to the international public opinion field.Whether a country's media has a good construction of its national image will influence whether the country's "name card" is beautiful in the international community,so as to gain more "hearts and minds" in the global environment.
