| The news dissemination climbs up to a new level due to the rapid development of Internet technology. News plays an very important role in people’s daily life. They are eager to know the truth of activities and the realities of our society. All the journalists, editors worked in Media should utilize their pen to describe this world honestly, because they have chance to get news at the first time, and the most importance factor is they have right to show or not to show us FACTS. No matter how ugly the world is, and how heart-broken we would be, our right to face fact should be protected.I have years experiences in Media industry which provide me chance to get into problems existing in news communication. With my rich experiences as an journalist and editor, I analyzed the problems and deep reasons in my thesis, and in the end conclusion was reached that Journalism legislation is anxiously required.There are four chapters in my thesis, that in chapter one, five main problems of News dissemination were raised out. In the second chapter, it’s discussed that press freedom should be protected as goals and principals during Journalism legislation.Then the third chapter talked about present status of Chinese legal system of journalism and communication. Finally in the fourth chapter, suggestions on how to consummate our Laws constitution were given. |
