Education is an everlasting theme in the development of a country.It is an important determinant of the success or failure of a country and a nation.Among them,the level of regional education development directly affects the change of social talent system and the development of economy.Guizhou Province as a province inhabited by ethnic minorities,the development level of minority education largely determines the overall level of education in Guizhou Province.After the founding of the people's Republic of China,especially since the 40 years of reform and opening up,the education of Guizhou has been greatly improved and the level of education has been significantly improved.However,due to geographical reasons,traffic difficulties,information clogging,poor economic conditions,and people's ideological and ideological backwardness,Among other factors,there is still a serious imbalance and inadequacy in the development of ethnic minority education,and there is still a large gap between the overall educational level of Guizhou Province and the developed provinces.Compared with the general education,there is a further gap between the minority education and the general education.In the context of comprehensively promoting science and education throughout the country and deepening education reform in an all-round way,it is necessary to examine the education of ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province in order to narrow the distance from general education,especially with developed provinces and regions throughout the country,and to change the development of education for ethnic minorities in Guizhou Province.There are many things that need to be done in order to achieve simultaneousdevelopment,for example,the legalization of education and the administration of education in accordance with the law.The problem needs to be improved.Relying on the strength of the relevant normative system to regulate educational activities and educational behavior is a good way to promote the development of minority education in Guizhou at present.The provincial government of Guizhou also attaches great importance to the development of education.The legislative plan of the standing Committee of the Thirteenth National people's Congress of Guizhou Province incorporated the Guizhou regulations on Minority Education into the five-year legislative plan and listed it as a project that needs to be further investigated.This fully shows that the Guizhou Provincial people's Congress in this field of legislative work has not stopped,but is moving forward steadily.Of course,this is not only a work that can be accomplished by relying on the strength of the people's Congress,it also requires more efforts from the society to invest in it..In view of this,on the basis of straightening out the relevant articles on minority education,and on the basis of the present situation of minority education in Guizhou Province,I study the legislation of minority education in Guizhou Province.Hope to promote the process of minority education legislation in Guizhou Province.The thesis is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,in which the reasons and significance of this article are explained,and the relevant research on minority education legislation is combed,which lays a theoretical foundation for the writing of the thesis.The second part is to explain the relevant theories of minority education legislation,including the definition of minority education and national education,as well as the present situation of minority education in Guizhou Province and the relevant provisions on which to rely on.To provide a practical basis for the writing of the paper.The third part is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of minority education legislation in Guizhou Province.The discussion from three aspects is based on the reality of the development of minority education in Guizhou Province.This part of the content lays a practical foundation for the thesis and makes the selection of the topic of the article is not empty.The fourth part is the analysis of the problems existing in minority education in Guizhou Province,which provides apractical basis for legislation.The last part of the article is to put forward some suggestions on minority education legislation in Guizhou,including guiding ideology,basic principles,and the relevant system that needs to be constructed in the legislation,and so on.
